Closing Date Sunday 5th September 2021 or when full. No refunds after this date.
Target List A preliminary target list will be available on Redhill Archers and County of Worcester Archery Association Websites. It will be all foam bosses.

WMAS Championship Trophy – Awarded to WMAS Boy from Bristol 1 Round Only

WMAS Championship Trophy – Awarded to WMAS Girl from Bristol 2 Round Only

CWAA Championship Trophies – Awarded to CWAA Boy and Girl, with Highest score 

who are Shooting Round for age or above  

Redhill Trophies – Awarded to Boys & Girls Highest Scores (Excluding WMAS & CWAA Champions)

Compound, Longbow and Barebow awards, subject to entry.

WMAS County from teams agreed with county team managers subject to entries.

Archery GB membership All archers must show a valid Archery GB membership card when registering at the tournament.
Dress code Archery GB regulation 307 will apply

This Record Status Shoot will be liable for drug Testing and Archers who are approached must comply, if they refuse that refusal will be treated as a positive result.

Written parental consent must be provided.

Photography In accordance with the Archery GB Child Protection Policy, all wishing to take photographs or image recording must register with the tournament organiser.
Refreshments

There will be sausage and bacon sandwiches available throughout the day and tea, coffee and cold drinks will be available throughout the shoot. 

There are local shops nearby. Wythall Club will also be open from 12 noon

Parking Please note there are parking charges at Wythall Park on a Saturday until 12 noon, on your arrival please ask at registration for a parking pass which allows you to park for free.
Covid Guidelines

These are subject to change in line with Government and AGB guidelines

Please travel to the event alone or with other competitors from your household. Archers that require a scorer or supporter to pull arrows must bring someone from within their social bubble.

All entrants will be expected to maintain social distancing throughout the event.

Before attending the tournament please ask yourself the following questions:
• Do you have a high temperature?
• Do you have a new, continuous cough?
• Do you have a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste?
• Are you in a household or bubble with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days?
•Have you been asked to self-isolate?

If the answer to any of these is yes, then you must not attend the competition.

 

Please provide whatever PPE you feel comfortable with and bring your own hand sanitiser. We will also have sanitiser stations on the field and outside the toilets.

 

The judges will conduct equipment inspections by sight only

 

Scopes may be left on the line if there is room to do so, but they should not be shared.

Archers should only pull their own arrows.

 

Agree at the beginning of the shoot who will be scoring the arrows, there will be 2 score boards for each target

 

A field plan will be issued nearer the date.
